How do I book cleaning service?

Are your cleaners pet-friendly, and do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes, our professional cleaning teams are fully pet-friendly and experienced in working around dogs, cats, and other pets. We exclusively use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your pets. 

What does a deep clean include?

We recommended deep clean for properties that haven't received professional attention in over three months. It involves intensive cleaning of high-traffic areas, hard-to-reach spots, and accumulated buildup for a thorough refresh. 

What services are not included in standard cleaning packages?

While we offer comprehensive cleaning solutions, certain specialized tasks are outside our scope, including wet bulb wiping, floor refinishing or waxing, dishwashing, heavy furniture moving, extensive mold remediation, ceiling cleaning, permanent stain removal from delicate surfaces (such as marble or wood), major outdoor cleaning, or large-scale waste removal.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, your presence is not mandatory. Simply provide access instructions (such as a key or entry code), and we'll take care of everything securely and professionally.
